Mon 6 am , Wed 2:30 pm, and Fri 6:30 pm are all a $10 Community Class.
We offer exclusively Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class: 26 Postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room (105 degrees and 40% humidity). The class is 90 minutes and is led by a Bikram Choudhury certified teacher.
The class is suitable for all levels from Beginner to Advanced.
No class reservations are required.
Our yoga facility has showers, high-tech anti-microbial flooring, and state of the art heating.
We offer complimentary towel service for all classes.

Community Class is offered Mon at 8:30 pm, Wed at 2:30 pm, and Friday at 6:30 pm (Drop-in price is just $10). Namaste.
